4 Ways to Customize Your Hotel Wedding
Hotels can offer beautiful backdrops and so much convenience for couples to host their wedding but sometimes they can all look the same. Up the personalization factor with a few simple things that can have a huge impact.
1. LINENS
Instead of opting for the hotels standard ivory or white linen, order in specialty linen. This can have a big impact on the overall look of the wedding. There are linens to fit every style and budget and can be based on color, design or texture. This will also create a very luxurious feel without spending a ton. If your budget doesn't allow for linens on all guest tables, opt for dessert table, guest book table and sweetheart table.
2. PLACE SETTINGS
Add a big impact with small details with the table settings! Ditch the plain items the hotel provides and kick it up a notch. Not only will this have a huge impact on overall design, it won't ruin your budget. Add in charger plates, colored water goblets or some new silverware. 3. FLOWERS
My favorite element at a wedding is the flowers. Sometimes I just want to roll around in them, they are so pretty. You can really create any feeling you want for your guests with flowers. Do you want a garden feel inside a ballroom, go ahead and hang a flower chandelier from the ceiling. Do you want a flower wall for photos, go ahead! Flowers can transform any room into a masterpiece. 4. LOUNGE FURNITURE
Don't forget the lounge furniture, bring in a few pieces or a lot. I love a good lounge set by the dance floor, bar area or outside for guests to take a break.
